Highlights Since 1962:
|
Graduated Rutgers in 1966. Spent five years as an Air Force pilot flying F-4 Phantoms. Did a year in Viet Nam as a Forward Air Controller. After that, a traditional career in big business and government. Ended up in Washington area for 30+ years. Retired in 2005. Spend a lot of time now fishing, traveling, and keeping up two big old Victorian houses (Chevy Chase, MD and Cape May, NJ).

Being part of the whole new West Essex creation/ going through that uncomfortable junior year in the old Caldwell HS facilities/ playing football and running track/ the awful night we lost Jimmy D and Fenwick Jones/ trying to stay out of trouble with the likes of Murphy, Catherwood and McWatters/ hanging out at the Gruning's - whole era seems like something out of American Graffiti, but we know it was real.
