Highlights Since 1962:

Graduated George Washington U, 1966, BA in International Affairs. First Job: caseworker in child welfare in Newark (now DYFS). Moved to Washington DC 1967, continued social services work in child welfare. MSW 1981 Howard University. Began clinical social work at inpatient psychiatric hospital (St Elizabeth’s) in children’s unit, 1983; then in mental health with homeless families and in outpatient children/adolescent clinic. Retired from government in 2000!!! But, it is not really retirement. Working part time as clinical social worker with young children, outpatient.
